Shipping policy

We take care to ensure each order is processed and delivered efficiently. Please review the following details before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends and holidays):

  • Canada & USA: 7–14 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to customs delays, which are beyond our control. If tracking has not updated for 30–60 business days, a replacement will be arranged as deemed appropriate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this period, processing may already be underway and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Address Errors & Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect shipping details, refusal, or failure to claim a package.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before checkout, as address modifications cannot be made once the order is processed.

Refunds & Damaged Items

Refunds are not provided unless an item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution—such as a replacement or partial refund—will be offered when applicable.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Any delays caused by customs are outside of our control.

During October–December, please allow additional time for order processing and delivery due to high shipping volumes.
